An effective anti-stretch mark routine
From the 1st trimester onwards, apply Stretch Mark 1st Care Cream every morning and evening, massaging it into all at-risk areas: stomach, chest, lower back, buttocks and thighs.
From the 2nd trimester onwards, apply 1st Care Cream every morning to all stretch mark-prone areas. Your belly is starting to round out... it's time to apply an oil to improve the elasticity of your skin and also reduce itching sensations. Every evening, warm Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hands and massage it into your belly.
From the 3rd trimester, mix a dab of 1st Care Cream and a few drops of Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hand. Then apply this mixture to all at-risk areas.
After delivery, continue to apply 1er Soin Cream to the body for a few more weeks.
