How to use the products in the serene pregnancy box?
From the 1st trimester , it is important to start using the Stretch Mark First Care Cream daily, morning and evening. Apply this cream generously and massage onto all risk areas: stomach, chest, lower back, buttocks and thighs.
From the 2nd trimester, apply the First Care Stretch Mark Cream every morning to all areas prone to stretch marks. Your belly is starting to round out... it's time to apply an oil to improve the elasticity of your skin and also reduce the sensation of itching. Every evening, warm the Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hands and apply it in massage on the same areas.
From the 3rd trimester , mix a dab of First Care Stretch Mark Cream and a few drops of Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hand. Then, apply this mixture to all areas at risk. Use them daily, morning and evening .
After giving birth , continue applying the Stretch Mark First Care Cream for a few more weeks.
